  • Manage and respond to service tickets via Freshdesk within agreed SLAs
  • Deliver on-site support and refresher training when required
  • Work with suppliers to gather product data and resolve information issues
  • Maintain accurate product data in the HRS (Replenishment System) and PMD (Product Master Database)
  • Monitor customer usage of h-trak and flag any concerns to the Customer Services Manager
  • Create and manage customer logins, barcode sheets, and reports as needed

Project Support:

  • Support project managers by uploading and maintaining customer-specific datasets
  • Assist with setting up profiles for products, staff, and procedures
  • Upload pricing files when required
  • Provide on-site implementation support, including training, data validation, and go-live assistance

Additional Duties:

  • Provide cover for team members during absences
  • Support colleagues as needed and assist with ad hoc tasks

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in an IT service or customer support environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level ideal)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A solution-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
