Job summary

A leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative surface drainage solutions is seeking a Technical Support Manager to provide technical expertise that supports both customers and the sales organization.

The role will design projects, perform drainage calculations, prepare material takes-offs, and act as a key technical resource for customers, consultants and the sales team; also delivering training and handling technical inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

• Experience in drainage design and hydraulic calculations.
• Experience providing technical support to customers and sales teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of project processes and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project-specific designs and layouts for drainage systems.
• Produce material take-offs, bills of quantities, and drainage schedules.
• Review drawings and site plans to select suitable drainage solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations in line with standards.
• Support consultants, architects, and contractors with design assistance.
• Develop standard design details and liaise with UK and Group teams.
• Act as primary technical support resource for the sales team.
• Deliver technical training programs for internal and external teams.
