Job summary

Pave Recruit Ltd is partnering with a Manchester-based engineering team to recruit two Technical Leads for Rainwater Management, SuDS and Nature-Based Solutions. You will deliver drainage design, create nature-based schemes and collaborate across disciplines on large-scale projects.

The role focuses on environmentally positive solutions, with opportunities to lead project delivery and contribute to wider environmental benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in drainage, flood risk, hydrology, SuDS or water industry.

Responsibilities

• Rainwater management and surface water drainage design.
• Develop SuDS and Nature-Based Solutions (NBS).
• Evaluate flood risk, drainage and water quality solutions.
• Collaborate with hydrology, ecology, landscape, geotechnical and civil engineering teams.
• Lead a small portfolio of low-complexity projects with support from Senior Technical Leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams, local authorities, regulators and external partners.
