Job summary

Hydro International, part of CRH, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South East of England. You will grow sales, build partnerships with merchants and contractors, and win high-value drainage deals.

You will own your territory, manage pipelines, and work with HQ to deliver premium service. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in drainage sales, strong technical knowledge from stormwater to treatment, and a proactive, persuasive approach to closing deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling drainage or heavy civil products.
• Experience with sustainable drainage solutions.
• Strong technical understanding - from stormwater storage to flow control and treatment.
• A successful track record with builders' merchants, contractors, and premium product ranges.
• Confident, persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-motivated approach - you own your territory and your outcomes.
• Ability to follow projects through from first conversation to closing the deal.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and expand reach across the South East Region.
• Build strong partnerships with merchants, main contractors, and groundwork specialists.
• Get out in front of customers, uncover needs, and win high-value deals.
• Own your territory, manage your pipeline, and drive results.
• Work closely with HQ to deliver seamless, premium service.
• Use CRM tools (Goldmine & MS Dynamics) to stay organised.
