Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, used by organizations including NASA, with a broad portfolio of impressive software solutions.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, particularly Zend Framework.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframes, is a plus but not essential.

Typical Day:
