Job Description:

• Support and troubleshoot PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.
• Provide technical support for the client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.
• Optional: database experience, ideally on mainframe.
• Represent the client as the first point of contact.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
• Required experience: 5+ years in tech support, hands-on PHP technology, Linux and Windows server experience, basic networking and shell scripting.

Ideal Candidate:
