Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise supporting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, particularly on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities include:

2. Assisting customers by demonstrating your PHP expertise
