Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Company: Global Software company specializing in DevOps, version control, and security

Location: Fully remote

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with experience supporting PHP-based applications, such as those built with Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years in technical support
• Hands-on experience with PHP-related technologies
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point of contact for our clients
• Providing expert support for PHP applications
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues
