Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise supporting PHP-based applications, specifically Zend Framework.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Representing our client as the first point of contact
2. Assisting customers by demonstrating your PHP expertise
3. Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues
