Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Salary: 50k-55k GBP

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, known to clients including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, particularly Zend Framework.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

Your typical day:

1. Represent our client as the first point of contact
2. Assist customers by demonstrating your PHP expertise
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
4. Utilize your technical skills: 5+ years in tech support, hands-on PHP experience, Linux and Windows server knowledge, basic networking and shell scripting
