We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with experience supporting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing technical support for our client's environment.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues.
3. Representing our client as the first point of contact.
4. Demonstrating expertise in PHP to assist customers.

Requirements include:

1. 5+ years in technical support.
2. Hands-on experience with PHP-related technologies.
3. Experience with Linux and Windows servers.
4. Basic networking and shell scripting skills.

Nice to have:

• Database experience, ideally on mainframe (not essential).
