Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Company: Global Software Company - DevOps / Version Control / Security

Location: Fully remote

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework.

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting PHP applications across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, with clients including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical support for our client's environment on Linux and Windows servers.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues.
3. Representing our client as the first point of contact for support queries.
4. Demonstrating expertise in PHP to assist customers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in tech support.
• Hands-on experience with PHP-related technologies.
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers.
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills.
