We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments. The role involves providing technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

Our client is a leading software company, trusted by organizations including NASA. You will:
