Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Company: Global Software company specializing in DevOps, version control, and security

Location: Fully remote

Are you experienced in supporting and troubleshooting PHP-based applications, such as those built with Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, with clients including NASA. They are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in supporting PHP applications, particularly Zend Framework.

Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for their environment, working on Linux and Windows servers. Database experience, especially on mainframe, is a plus but not essential.

What does your day look like?
