Position: Technical Support Engineer (PHP-based application)

Company: Global Software company specializing in DevOps, version control, and security

Location: Fully remote

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot PHP-based applications, such as Zend Framework, across Linux and Windows environments
• Provide technical support for the client's environment
• Diagnose and resolve performance and integration issues
• Represent our client as the first point of contact for support inquiries

Requirements:
