Custodia Technology Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Agent (L2) for its Knutsford, UK office. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments, resolving complex tickets, and escalating only the most difficult cases.

You will work with the Tech Support Team Lead to refine processes, maintain documentation, and ensure service levels are met while supporting customers across IT enterprise infrastructure.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012-2019), Linux (RedHat), SQL Server, Networking and AD.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash.
• Experience with ticketing systems and meeting SLAs/KPIs.
• Exposure to voice recording platforms, IP networks, or storage technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field; ITIL/Azure certs desirable.

Mansioni

• Resolve Level 2 tickets within SLAs, diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Maintain system monitoring, performance KPIs, and incident response.
• Configure, install, and update hybrid cloud and on-prem systems.
• Document technical resolutions and contribute to knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and Customer Service to ensure timely resolution.
