TONI&GUY in Chelmsford is seeking a passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. You will provide high quality hair services, create welcoming experiences for clients, and contribute to our reputation built over 60 years.

The role offers flexible hours up to 40 per week, 6 days, with commissions, holidays, pension, and access to education programs at our London Academy. You will mentor juniors and stay ahead of trends.

STYLIST

We are seeking a passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at TONI&GUY. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair services while fostering a welcoming environment for our clients. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding experiences in every salon.

SCHEDULE:

Full or Part time up to 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon - Sat)

• Provide high quality hair styling services, including cutting, styling, and treatments.
• Build secure relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Upsell salon products, such as treatments to benefit your clients' hair health.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a pleasant salon experience.
• Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends.
• Uphold the name of TONI&GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.
