The ideal candidate will own technical queries, support product development, manage master key systems, and deliver training and demonstrations on modular systems and smart technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in locks, architectural hardware, access control or security products is preferred.
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Familiarity with product specification, testing, certification and quality processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for technical enquiries from trade and end-user customers.
• Provide technical support on new and existing product projects.
• Assist with product specification, technical queries and problem solving.
