Qualifications

• 4-5 years of dedicated technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing across talent markets with regional nuances.
• Comfortable reading technical profiles across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data engineering, and ML.
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and ATS/CRM systems.
• Experience with AI sourcing tools and automated workflows.
• Analytical mindset with ability to review conversion metrics.
• Strong collaboration with recruiters and engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own Regional Strategy: Develop and drive sourcing strategies across EMEA for Engineering and Applied Science.
• Pipeline Development: Build and manage pipelines from market mapping to engagement and handoffs.
• Stakeholder Calibration: Align with recruiters and hiring managers on target profiles and priorities.
• Personalized Engagement: Engage passive, hard-to-reach talent with tailored outreach.
• Data-Driven Sourcing: Use funnel data to track outreach and adjust messaging or targeting.
• Market Intelligence: Provide EMEA talent insights on competition, compensation trends, and regional dynamics.
