Job summary

Omnea is seeking a specialist engineer recruiting lead to own end-to-end hiring for our 10 engineering teams in London. You will work directly with engineering leadership, owning sourcing, pipeline management, the hiring process, and candidate experience from start to finish.

You will scale our engineering team from 20 to 100+ engineers, build a warm passive-candidate pipeline, and shape the engineering EVP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering-focused recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Experience scaling an engineering team from ~20 to 100+ engineers.
• Deep knowledge of London’s competitive engineering market.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea's 10 engineering teams.
• Source, engage, and recruit Senior product engineers in London's market.
• Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive candidates.
• Shape and champion the engineering EVP.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define and uphold high hiring standards.
• Design and refine the hiring process to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
• Think creatively about Omnea's presence to candidates, including brand, content, community, and events.
• Own your pipeline metrics and know your numbers.
