Job summary

Helsing AI is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to source and attract Europe’s top software engineers, building pipelines with diverse sourcing techniques, screening and interviewing candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

You will partner with the Software Talent Team, manage stakeholders, forecast hires, and drive recruitment quality while upholding Helsing's ethical and geopolitical commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source software engineers across multiple regions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Excellent relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source high volumes of software engineers across Europe.
• Utilise deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates against role requirements and give timely feedback.
• Manage candidates through initial interview stages and offers discussion.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience at all touchpoints.
• Maintain a robust pipeline for current and future roles.
