The COMPANY

With over 20 years of experience, our client is a pioneer in AI-powered digital pathology software and services. They are recognized as global leaders in providing this specialized software to the life sciences sector, enabling analysis and interpretation of slide images.

The ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, they now seek a Technical Solutions Engineer to join their team. Working from home, the engineer will be responsible for configuring and installing software for clients.

1. Handle software-related requests
2. Analyze software issues and propose solutions
3. Troubleshoot software problems
4. Identify root causes of issues
5. Conduct software testing and installation
6. Troubleshoot IT-related issues
7. Manage software and database migrations
8. Advise customers on hardware and software configurations
9. Develop customer relationships through professional interactions

The PERSON

The ideal candidate will be an intelligent and dynamic individual eager to develop their career within this progressive organization. Requirements include:

• Experience as an IT engineer, Technical Solutions Engineer, Application Support Engineer, or similar
• Scripting knowledge
• Understanding of Microsoft tools and application environments
• Networking knowledge
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
• Comfort in presenting solutions to diverse audiences, including engineers, developers, architects, IT managers, and executives
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Salary and Benefits
