The Role:

Customer Solutions Engineers at JobAdder play a critical role in delivering tailored solutions to customers throughout their entire lifecycle. The primary responsibility of this role is to help customers understand how JobAdder can meet their business needs while identifying integrations or additional products to enhance their efficiency and performance. Acting as a bridge between the sales and post-sales teams, the Customer Solutions Engineer ensures a seamless customer experience from initial engagement to successful deployment.

  • Lead on scoping, documenting and presenting tailored solutions to prospects, alongside JobAdder Account Executives.
  • Complete micro-demos of complex product workflows, integrations or additional products
  • Provide technical expertise through RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
  • Offer ongoing guidance and support to Go-To-Market teams during the sales process.

Handover to Post-Sales:

  • Prepare detailed scoped documentation for a smooth handover to the post-sales delivery teams.
  • Support the Implementation Team with project delivery, including custom builds and integrations.
  • Lead workshops with existing customers to develop solutions that optimize performance and address evolving needs.
  • Work with Customer Success teams to enhance value and reduce churn, ensuring customers maximize their use of JobAdder.

You:

  • SaaS/Rec tech or HR tech, recruitment industry knowledge. SaaS Presales experience.
  • Previous experience providing SAAS platform solutions for customers.
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple scoping projects at one time while achieving high rates of customer satisfaction.
  • Precise and compelling written communication, with great attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and to successfully relay information.
  • Digital Fluency: An innate ability to proactively leverage technology to amplify learning, productivity, and delivery.
  • Capacity to take a consultative approach and partner with customers, advising them on best practises.
  • Experience with Data Migrations
