Technical Solutions Engineer

The COMPANY

With over 20 years of experience, our client is a pioneer in AI-powered digital pathology software and services. They are recognized as global leaders in providing this specialized software to the life sciences sector, enabling analysis and interpretation of slide images.

The ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, they now seek a Technical Solutions Engineer to join their team. Working remotely, the engineer will be responsible for configuring and installing software for clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling software-related requests
• Analyzing and resolving software issues
• Troubleshooting software problems
• Identifying root causes of issues
• Conducting software testing and installation
• Managing software and database migrations
• Advising customers on hardware and software configurations
• Developing strong customer relationships

The PERSON

The ideal candidate will be an intelligent, dynamic individual eager to advance their career within a progressive organization. Requirements include:

• Experience as an IT engineer, Technical Solutions Engineer, or Application Support Engineer
