Job summary

Shillito Group is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across the car parking technology sectors. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic sales plans and nurture long-term relationships, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

There is clear progression toward senior leadership as the business expands. This role offers hybrid work with attendance at weekly meetings in the North of the UK or remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical or solution-based B2B sales.
• Experience building and executing sales strategies.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and close new opportunities.
• Present forecasts and performance updates to the MD.
