Job summary

Shillito Group is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth in car parking technology across the UK. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic plans and build long-term relationships with key customers.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage a healthy pipeline, forecast performance and negotiate commercial agreements, with a clear progression path as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical or solution-based B2B sales.
• Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management with CRM.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development.
• Align sales activities with commercial objectives and use CRM to track opportunities.
• Collaborate with external marketing partners for lead generation campaigns.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates to MD.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business opportunities.
• Manage multiple opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
