Job summary

Shillito Group is recruiting on behalf of Adept Resourcing for a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth in the car parking technology sector across the UK. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic plans and build long-term customer relationships with parking operators and tech providers.

The role offers flexible location across the UK with weekly meetings in person or remotely, an uncapped bonus up to 25%, LTIP, pension and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical or solution-based B2B sales.
• Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a results focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development.
• Ensure all sales activities align with the company’s commercial objectives.
• Use CRM systems to manage opportunities, analyse sales performance and identify market trends.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information, forecasts and customer records.
• Work closely with external marketing partners to support lead generation campaigns.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates to the MD.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close new opportunities.
• Manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.
