Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales within construction, preferably flat roofing, waterproofing or insulation.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications and translate into practical solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and forecast skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer relationships across flat roofing, waterproofing and insulation markets.
• Identify and secure new business with contractors, distributors and system suppliers.
• Understand customer specifications and project requirements to identify suitable insulation solutions.
• Coordinate advice, calculations, quotations and project support with technical/design colleagues.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and drive profitable growth.
• Build clear account and project pipelines with accurate forecasts and customer information.
• Visit customers and project sites to understand requirements and ensure responsive service from enquiry to supply.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver solutions and timely service.
