Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Technical Sales Manager - Concrete Repair & Flooring to cover the South of the UK (with Midlands) and potentially the North. You will sell a manufactured range of concrete repair and flooring products to main contractors and sub-contractors, and you will conduct CPDs for specifiers to promote the range.

The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining spending accounts, and building a strong network to reach an annual turnover of £600k–£700k once

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in concrete repairs or related products.
• Experience selling to main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate and proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Sell a manufactured range of concrete repair, flooring and related products to main contractors and sub-contractors.
• Engage specifiers and conduct CPDs to promote products.
• Generate new business relationships while managing spending accounts.
• Aim to achieve turnover of £600k–£700k per annum once established.

The role of Technical Sales Manager - Concrete Repair & Flooring will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a manufactured range of concrete repair, flooring and associated products
• The majority of your time will be spent selling to main contractors & sub-contractors
• Will be required to deal with specifiers and conduct CPDs
• Once up and running will be expected to turnover £600k-£700k per annum
• Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships however will be given some spending accounts

The ideal applicant will be

• Must have field sales experience in the concrete reports, resin flooring or associated products experience
• Must have sold to contractors
• Must be able to generate new business
• Excellent communication skills written and verbally
• Must be computer literate
