Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager for Sport Coatings / Indoor Sports Flooring. The role focuses on selling to contractors in the indoor sports flooring sector and developing new business relationships across national accounts.

The ideal candidate has field sales experience in sport coatings, strong communication, and a hunter mindset to drive turnover targets and CPD engagements.

Formación

• Must have field sales experience in the sports coating sector.
• Must have contacts within indoor sport flooring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sell a manufactured range of sports coatings to contractors (indoor sports flooring specialists).
• Generate new business relationships and manage CPDs with specifiers.

Role Overview

The role of Business Development Manager - Sport Coatings / Indoor Sports Flooring will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a manufactured range of sports coatings predominately for the indoor sports flooring sector
• The majority of your time will be spent selling to contractors (indoor sports flooring specialist)
• Will be required to deal with specifiers and conduct CPDs
• Once up and running will be expected to turnover £600k-£700k per annum
• All of your time will be spent generating new business relationships

Candidate Requirements

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Sport Coatings / Indoor Sports Flooring with:

• Must have field sales experience in the sports coating sector
• Must have contacts within the indoor sport flooring sector
• Must be able to generate new business, our client is looking for a hunter
• Excellent communication skills written and verbally
• Must be computer literate
