Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for Sport Coatings / Indoor Sports Flooring to drive growth nationwide. You will predominantly sell to contractors, engage specifiers, and deliver CPDs while building new business relationships to reach £600k–£700k turnover.

You will develop strong contacts within the indoor sports flooring sector and pursue opportunities to expand market share, aiming to exceed targets and maintain high standards of client

Formación

• Must have field sales experience in the sports coatings sector.
• Must have contacts within the indoor sport flooring sector.
• Must be able to generate new business and hunt for opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Sell the manufactured range of sport coatings to contractors.
• Target specifiers and conduct CPDs.
• Develop new business relationships to grow turnover.
• Aim for annual turnover of £600k–£700k.
• Cover nationwide area (Central/South preferred).

Role Overview

The role of Business Development Manager - Sport Coatings / Indoor Sports Flooring will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a manufactured range of sports coatings predominately for the indoor sports flooring sector
• The majority of your time will be spent selling to contractors (indoor sports flooring specialist)
• Will be required to deal with specifiers and conduct CPDs
• Once up and running will be expected to turnover £600k-£700k per annum
• All of your time will be spent generating new business relationships

Candidate Requirements

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Sport Coatings / Indoor Sports Flooring with:

• Must have field sales experience in the sports coating sector
• Must have contacts within the indoor sport flooring sector
• Must be able to generate new business, our client is looking for a hunter
• Excellent communication skills written and verbally
• Must be computer literate
