Job summary

Redline Group is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth across the UK and Ireland. Based in Luton with hybrid working, you will manage key accounts, deliver technical demonstrations, and tailor UVC disinfection solutions for diverse industries.

You should bring a strong technical aptitude with commercial acumen, capable of building long-term customer relationships and negotiating complex deals. A background in selling technical or industrial products is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical or industrial products.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical products to customers.
• Experience in UVC / hygiene or related industrial technology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new and existing customer accounts across UK & Ireland.
• Identify new business opportunities and sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors and key accounts.
• Provide technical sales support, demonstrations, training and consultancy.
