Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our global team. Based in Luton with hybrid working, you will develop and grow customers across the UK and Ireland, identify opportunities, and manage key relationships within the UV-C technology space.

You will deliver technical demonstrations, tailor proposals, and work with cross-functional teams to provide the right solutions. Travel to the US and Latin America is required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical or industrial products to commercial buyers.
• Strong commercial and communication skills with technical aptitude.
• Knowledge of microbiology or food & beverage industry is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow UK & Ireland accounts for UV-C technology.
• Identify opportunities and craft sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Provide technical sales support, demos, and consultancy.
• Understand requirements and recommend UV disinfection solutions.
• Prepare quotations and lead negotiations to closure.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities in disinfection sectors.
• Travel regularly to the US and Latin America for meetings.
