Job summary

Mercury Hampton has been retained by a world leading engineering manufacturer to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to support growth across the Midlands and South UK, with hybrid working.

You will own existing key accounts and develop new business, blending technical problem solving with commercial leadership, while earning uncapped commissions and £60k-£70k basic salary. This role sits within a globally respected brand offering strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Must have technical sales experience.
• Able to communicate confidently with engineers, buyers, finance and senior stakeholders.
• Experience selling technical products, engineering solutions or industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own existing key accounts and develop new business within those accounts across the Midlands and South UK.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders to understand operational challenges and tailor technical solutions.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat revenue and sustainable growth.
