Qualifications
- Experience interpreting customer requirements and producing accurate technical quotations.
- Strong commercial awareness and focus on profitability.

- Experience providing technical support and guidance to customers, installers and sales teams.
- Strong written communication skills with ability to produce technical documents and literature.
- Excellent organisation with ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Booking in new design quotations and inputting customer details accurately.
- Valuing engineering design quotes to improve conversion rates.
- Providing technical input to create margin opportunities within designs.
- Fielding technical product and design queries from customers and installers.
- Providing system and product technical guidance to sales and customers.
- Responding to technical sales follow up enquiries promptly.
- Producing technical documentation for heating systems and projects.
