• Understanding of metal specifications and cutting methods is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer email enquiries.
• Support and solve customer queries at every opportunity.
• Build quotes and progress orders based on customer requirements.
• Provide technical advice and adjust drawings to meet customer needs.
• Maintain high service levels and reliability in all customer contact.
• Grow and maintain current customer relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities into orders.
