Job summary

Headway Recruitment is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Leeds (LS12) to support customers, handle enquiries and ensure orders are processed efficiently in a fast‑paced technical engineering environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales coordination or technical support, with electrical or engineering background advantageous, and strong communication skills. Structured product training and clear progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator or technical support role is preferred.
• Electrical or engineering background with strong commercial awareness is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries by telephone and email.
• Provide product information, pricing and availability.
• Prepare quotations and process orders.
• Liaise with technical specialists and external sales teams.
• Assist customers with basic technical queries and product selection.
• Build strong relationships to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM and order records.
