Job summary

Latus Group in Tyne and Wear, England, is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Administrator to support the Technical Sales team. You will prepare quotations, manage enquiries, keep CRM up to date, and coordinate with Sales, Occupational Hygiene and Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey.

This full-time role requires an organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to following up on actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or sales administration.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident, professional customer communication.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
• Proactive in following up customers and actions.
• Experience producing quotations or working in a technical/service environment preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer quotations.
• Follow up quotations, enquiries and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within our CRM.
• Liaise with customers by telephone and email to progress enquiries.
• Track outstanding quotations and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Support the Technical Sales team with general sales administration.
• Work with colleagues across Sales, Occupational Hygiene and Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey.
