Job summary

Pipe and Climate Centre, part of Wolseley Group, is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor in Cardiff to handle phones, quotations, quotes follow-up, and counter service. The role offers full-time hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for career development.

You will build product knowledge, quote customers, update records, and contribute to stock control while benefiting from our competitive benefits package and pension. Eligible for bonus and career progression within Wolseley network.

Qualifications

• Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous.
• Positive attitude and confident speaking to people.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Warehousing experience.
• Confident working with computer.
• A Full Driving License is desirable but not essential.

• Following up and chase customers for the quotes and orders.
• Updating the system with order information and quotes.
• Serving customers on the trade counter.
• Warehouse duties including picking and packing and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phones and provide product quotations to customers.
• Following up and chase customers for the quotes and orders.
• Updating the system with order information and quotes.
• Serving customers on the trade counter.
• Warehouse duties including picking and packing and stock control.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:30AM - 16:30PM or 08:00M - 17:00PM with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
