Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited, based at the Pipe and Climate Centre in Aston, is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor. The role involves answering calls, quoting products, pursuing quotes and orders, updating the system, and serving customers on the trade counter with supporting warehouse duties.

The position is full-time, Mon-Fri, 40 hours, with no weekend work. The successful candidate will bring customer-focused skills, confident communication, and warehousing experience, with the potential for a bonus

As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Aston you’ll be responsible for:

• Answering phones and provide product quotations to customers.
• Following up and chase customers for the quotes and orders.
• Updating the system with order information and quotes.
• Serving customers on the trade counter.
• Warehouse duties including picking and packing and stock control.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
