The Job
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, website, and email
  • Take initial customer enquiries
  • Prepare and submit sales quotations using internal systems
  • Liaise with suppliers and distributors
  • Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
  • Manage the process from initial quote to order and delivery
  • Support the external sales team
  • Provide technical assistance to customers and colleagues
  • Learn key products and support customers with issues
  • Attend sites to specify parts or give project updates as needed
  • Assist staff or management with administrative duties
