Business Travel Consultants

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Travel Consultants for a growing and dynamic business travel company. This remote role involves supporting clients with both new and existing bookings across various accounts. The position offers a salary up to £32,000, dependent on experience, plus bonus. The working hours are from 4pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or night shifts. The role requires experience with Galileo.

Business Travel Consultants Duties

1. Managing corporate accounts and booking worldwide travel arrangements using Galileo.
2. Booking and amending flights, hotels, car hires, and rail tickets, along with providing up-to-date travel and visa advice.
3. Handling changes, cancellations, and ticketing functions.

Skills Required

• Experience as a Business Travel Consultant using Galileo is essential.
• Strong knowledge of flights and fares.
• Ticketing experience preferred.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to commit to the Mon-Fri 4pm-11pm shift.
