Business Travel Consultants

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Business Travel Consultants to join an established Travel Management team on a remote basis. Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their team and looking for professionals skilled in using Galileo. This role involves managing a variety of accounts across different sectors, providing high-level service, and booking both point-to-point and multi-sector worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers.

The role offers a small shift pattern from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The salary is up to £32,000, dependent on experience, with a quarterly bonus and benefits. The position can be fully home-based, but candidates must reside in Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate accounts and book worldwide travel arrangements using Galileo
• Book flights, hotels, car hire, and rail, and provide up-to-date travel and visa advice
• Handle changes, cancellations, and ticketing functions

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Travel Consultant using GDS Galileo
• Excellent knowledge of flights and fares
• Experience with ticketing (preferred)
• Customer-focused attitude
