Hudson River Trading is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our global Recruiting team. You will partner with engineering leadership to navigate a competitive talent landscape and manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles across trading technology and research & development.

You will apply data-driven strategies, build pipelines, and maintain a high-touch candidate experience, collaborating with managers and agencies to attract top engineers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven success recruiting in specialized technical domains.
• Strong talent mapping capabilities; comfortable researching org structures, roles, and skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics to guide strategy.
• Excellent cross-functional verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for building technical teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Salary

The estimated base salary range for this position is 150,000 to 250,000 USD per year (or local equivalent). The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role will also be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
