Vatn Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for production, engineering, and other roles. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates, manage day-to-day ATS administration, and support onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate interview panels, and develop sourcing strategies to maintain pipelines. Experience with defense or cleared roles is a plus, and PH/SRHMR-CP certifications may be

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
