Rivan Industries (Rivan.com) is a synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise heavy industry. We’ve developed a unique power-to-fuel machine built for low-capex deployment powered entirely by utility-scale solar.Here’s our manifesto . We’ve raised £10m from world-class investors, and design and manufacture everything in-house in London, UK.

We aim to make synthetic fuel cheaper than fossil fuels and sustain life on earth by keeping the CO2 locked underground. We’re looking for a technical recruiter to help scale our engineering teams to bring that vision to life. The role:

• Build a pipeline of candidates for our open roles including:
  • Mechanical Engineers
  • Process Engineers
  • Electrical Engineers
  • Interns
• Execute strategy to get in-front of world-class engineers through:
  • Direct Engagement
  • Media presence / PR
  • Events
  • Other

The things that are important to us for this role:

• Execution history. What have you done before that you had full responsibility of? Work, personal projects, anything.
• Reasoning by first principles. Can ignore popular narrative and reason from the ground up?
• Urgency. We don’t have time to wait, are you comfortable with a high-degree of risk and pressure to move fast?
• Grit. How relentless will you be despite set-backs? We’re going up against some big opposition.

• £70-80k Salary depending on experience
