We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in technical contract recruitment to strategically position and sell our AI POD solutions to tech consultancies, AI startups, and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop go-to-market strategies, identify target clients, position the POD model as a cost-effective, flexible, and scalable solution, drive prospecting, lead generation, and partnerships, and refine pricing and value propositions.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Educate clients on on-demand AI teams, lead high-level discussions, manage negotiations, and adapt sales processes based on market feedback.
  • Market Expansion & Growth: Create scalable strategies for global expansion, identify new industries and regions, collaborate with marketing, and track KPIs and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years in technical contract recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions within AI, Data Science, ML, or Enterprise Tech
  • Proven success in selling technology contract teams or managed services
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and demand for AI roles
  • Structured sales process development and execution skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, and consultative selling
