Job summary

Client Server Limited in London is seeking an ambitious 360 Recruiter to gain greater autonomy, earn competitive commissions and build a distinctive market presence. You will partner with UK technology firms, from startups to financial institutions, establishing long-term client relationships and placing top talent.

You will lead a personal desk with the freedom to grow, supported by a track record of success, a strong commercial mindset and a culture that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally in technology or similar market.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and placements.
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of technology clients.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
• Source and place high-calibre technology professionals across specialist markets.
• Develop long term client and candidate relationships built on quality and trust.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets with support from advertising and marketing teams.

• Build and grow your own portfolio of technology clients
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
• Source and place high-calibre technology professionals across a range of specialist markets
• Develop long term client and candidate relationships built on quality and trust
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets with the support of dedicated advertising and marketing teams
• You have experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within technology or similar professional market
• You have a proven track record of developing client relationships and generating placements
• You have strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach
• You have advanced communication, organisation and relationship building skills
• Base salary up to £40k plus uncapped commission
• Up to £12k per year in personal incentives
