An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Project Coordinator to join the Elysia department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment.

You will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the engineering projects, working closely with the Embedded, Product and Commercial teams to scope the project, create the JIRA project plan and ensure delivery on time.
This role is for anyone keen to start their career in technical project management in an agile deep tech start-up environment, with a focus on software development and deployment in an industry critical to a zero-carbon future.
The majority of the responsibilities will revolve around supporting the Embedded team to remove project management overhead required for ASPICE and allow the engineers to focus on technical value. This includes running agile ceremonies, chasing updates and keeping Jira tickets accurate, organising sprints, tracking resource, mitigating risks, tracking if work will be completed before the deadline.
The second half focuses on project management tools and data governance. The focus will be maintaining up to date resource forecasts in Worksavi with the wider PMO team, building automations and Power BI reports which connect data from JIRA. You will also develop admin level JIRA and Confluence knowledge with a view to support Elysia members on usage and developing automations to reduce admin overhead.
