JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager and Workstream Lead to guide Atlas 2.0 across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud capabilities.

You will lead matrixed teams to deliver a scalable platform, drive adoption readiness, and provide executive-ready governance materials for senior stakeholders. The role requires hands-on cloud engineering with strong PMO discipline, prioritisation across cloud workstreams, and a focus on operational readiness and value realization

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex infrastructure/platform programmes in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on cloud engineering background with senior programme/workstream leadership.
• Delivery experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) focused on infrastructure platform capabilities.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
• Demonstrated PMO discipline: RAID, dependency management, documentation, audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multi-cloud workstream delivery for Atlas 2.0 across AWS/Azure/GCP and prioritize based on roadmap and demand.
• Translate strategy into execution with integrated delivery plans and progress through matrixed teams.
• Own delivery cadence, roadmap tracking, sprint/release alignment, dependencies, and metrics.
• Partner with engineering to deliver control-plane capabilities (networking, IAM, inventory/asset discovery, policy/guardrails).
• Provide hands-on technical programme leadership and ensure operability, resilience, and adoption readiness.
• Build and scale a managed service operating model for Atlas 2.0 with service tiers, onboarding/offboarding, and clear ownership.
• Drive day-2 readiness including support model, runbooks, SLAs/SLOs, and incident interfaces.
• Produce executive-ready governance materials and steerco updates for senior stakeholders.
• Run governance forums and ensure timely decisions with clear progress narratives and actionable outcomes.
• Scale reporting tooling across workstreams using Jira and Monday.com; develop reusable delivery playbooks.
